Thus, we feel that you will appreciate knowing in advance what our payment policies are. By offering a multitude of payments options, the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients.

Flora Family Vet requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination and/or at the time of discharge. We accept the following payment methods:

ScratchPay

ScratchPay provides pet parents with simple transparent payment plans. ScratchPay is not a credit card. You can visit scratchpay.com from your smartphone or a computer, fill out a simple 90-second application, and get instantly approved for a payment plan without affecting your credit score. You have several options for payment. If you pay the balance in full within 90 days, you won’t pay any interest. Or you can choose to pay monthly over a period of 12 or 24 months with the interest already figured into the payment.

Care Credit

Care Credit is unlike traditional pet financing or veterinary payment plans. It gives you the flexibility to use your card again and again for your pet’s procedures. It takes about 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we will call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply online.
